How do I use it?

- Pour the solution straight into the bottle — it is ready to use, nothing to mix.
- Hold the power button until the indicator lights.
- Pick your mode — low for collars and quick passes, high for bedding, carpet and the car.
- Mist from about a foot away, sweeping slowly, then leave it to dry.
For a light refresh there is nothing to wipe — the mist is fine enough that surfaces dry on their own. Treating an actual urine mark is different: blot it with paper towel and repeat until the smell has gone.
How often should I use it?

Once or twice a week on bedding, carpet, upholstery and the car keeps most homes on top of it. If the odour is strong, treat the problem spots daily for the first week, then drop back. The collar is worth doing whenever you think of it.
Does it remove the smell, or just cover it?

It removes it. A perfumed spray adds a second smell on top of the first, which is why pet odour returns once the fragrance fades.
This works in two stages: bio-enzymes break down the compounds behind the odour — urea, urobilin and uric acid — and live probiotic cultures then consume what is left, reducing it to water, carbon dioxide and nitrogen.
In laboratory testing of the solution: ammonia 94%, hydrogen sulfide 93.3%, methyl mercaptan 96.9% and dimethyl sulfide 97.6% removed.
Will it stop my pet going back to the same spot?

It helps. Pets return to a patch because it still smells like the place they went last time — the residue is a scent marker, and the marker is an instruction.
Breaking those compounds down removes the marker along with the smell, so a properly treated spot is far less likely to attract a repeat visit. It is not a behavioural cure for marking that has other causes, but it removes the trigger.
Will it leave my couch or carpet damp?

For a routine refresh, no — the mist is fine enough to settle evenly and dry on its own in a few minutes.
For an actual urine deposit, treat it properly: mist the spot, wait a couple of minutes, blot with a paper towel and repeat until the odour has gone. On upholstery and mattresses, spray until slightly damp so the liquid reaches into the fibres, then let it air dry.
Is it scented?

Lightly, yes. The formula carries a soft fragrance rather than the heavy perfume of an aerosol — the scent is there to be pleasant, not to do the work. The odour removal is done by the enzymes and probiotics.
Does it work on cat odour as well as dog?

Yes. It targets the compounds behind pet odour generally — ammonia from urine and the sulfur compounds behind that sour, animal note — so it works the same on litter trays, cat trees and the spots cats favour.
How long does one bottle last?

Each bottle holds 380 ml of ready-to-use solution, which refills the device several times over. How long that lasts depends on how much you spray, but most households are working through one bottle over weeks rather than days.
Will it stain or discolour fabric?

It is a clear liquid applied as a fine mist, so it should not mark normal upholstery, bedding or carpet. On delicate, unfinished or antique fabric, test an inconspicuous corner first and let it dry fully. White fabrics should be washed after spraying.
For laundry with stubborn odour, wash as usual and mist the dry fabric afterwards.
